WELCOME!! If you haven't done so yet, visit HERE for a free Life Coaching consultation.

Thanks for visiting!

Almost a year ago I did the very first “You Can Redesign Your Life” teleseminar.  I had a small number of attendees in that course.  The majority of participants report that they have implemented what they learned in that course and have seen great results from it.

I’ve decided to run the course again.  Visit here to check it out.  If you or someone you know can benefit from it, please send them here.

Have a wonderful day!!

Roxanne  :-)

lifecoachroxanneIt’s taken a while for me to launch my life coaching business.  I wanted to be absolutely sure that this is what I want to do.  My philosophy is don’t teach others to do what you can’t successfully do yourself.  For example, if I were not able to make enough money to support my family working from home, how in the world could I coach someone else to be successful working from home?  I feel that I would be a hypocrite if I tried to teach what I don’t know.   I’ve been life coaching for a long time for free.  Now it’s time for me to make it a business and get paid for doing it.

In the meantime, I have built my work at home income up to where I am able to sustain our family so I am sure that I can coach others to do the same.   I also wanted to make sure that my relationships with my husband, children and friends were as solid as they could possibly be before coaching others on relationships.  I wanted to make sure that MY life was in order before I decided to coach others on life.

It’s not all perfect.  Nothing is.  However, it’s the best that it can be at this point and my life coaching will be a wonderful addition.   See testimonials here from people I’ve helped.   Then visit here to request your free half hour consultation.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life.  What will you do with it?

Roxanne

What is Life Coaching?

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is something that a lot of people are curious about. Most people do not understand life coaching. (If you’re not sure about Life Coaching, request your FREE 1/2 hour telephone consultation below)

  • Maybe you haven’t tried it yet, and you might not know anybody else who has tried it either.
  • You wonder if you will get value from it.
  • You wonder if I am any good at it.
  • You may be confused by all the different offers, expertise and certifications of competing coaches.

To sum it up, most clients come to a new service like coaching with their share of doubts and questions. I’m here to help answer some of those questions.

Why Does Someone Need A Life Coach?

There is something powerful that happens when you begin working with a life coach.

A life coach is someone who can help you work through the everyday stresses that come from any number of places. We live in a very stressful world. Some people have stressful jobs, some have stressful families, some have stressful schooling. It seems that the world becomes faster paced every year.

A life coach is someone you can get advice from on any number of topics. Please do not confuse life coaching with therapy. Life coaches are not trained in psychology, just life.

A life coach is someone who can give you unbiased advice about life issues. Someone to talk things over with and get opinions from. Someone who can give you insights that a best friend or relationship partner may be to involved to give you.

A life coach can help redirect you if you’ve lost your way and just need to get back on track. A life coach can be someone you can mastermind with and get ideas from.

A life coach does not tell you what to do, rather helps you figure out what is best for you.

A life coach can help you “stop the chatter” in your life and figure out what you really want.

What is the Goal of a Life Coach?

My goal as a life coach is to help you live a better, more fulfilled life. If you don’t know what that is right now, that’s OK. I can help you figure out what YOU really want.

What does a Life Coach Cost?

As your life coach, I will provide you with a free half hour telephone consultation. At that point, we will assess what you will need from me.

On average, my fees range from $125 to $500 per month. A typical coaching schedule is structured like this:

  • One 60 minute session per week.
  • Two as needed half hour sessions (with advance notice of approximately 24 hours) per month.
  • An unlimited number of email support sessions (please do not abuse this privilege - if you send me jokes or chain emails or spam me in any way, your sessions will be terminated and your money will not be refunded). I will send you only emails that I feel will be beneficial to your individual case.

You may need more or less than the average. I will not know that until I speak with you. Everyone’s needs are different. I don’t coach everyone exactly the same (I’m not a robot), therefore, I don’t have the same price for every coaching client. The cost is based on your needs and situation.

We will discuss your needs at your free telephone consultation.

Group coaching options are also available. While these generally cost less, you do not get the individual time with me that you would with a one on one coaching schedule. There are pros and cons. These sessions are generally not at your convenience, however, masterminding in a group is more beneficial for some clients. Others prefer the individual one on one sessions.

Why Hire Roxanne?

There are a lot of people out there who are “certified” life coaches. I’m not one of them. I may, at some point in the future, decide to become certified. I am of the opinion that one can never stop learning, reaching and growing. I do, however, have a lot of real life experience. In most certification programs, you must volunteer a certain amount of time to coach people and gain real life experience. I have that already.

Let me ask you this - if your marriage was in trouble, who would you rather go to for help:

1. Someone who read books about how to have a great marriage, but had never been married

or

2. A couple who has been happily married for 30+ years?

What “Real Life” Experience Does Roxanne Have?

For 20+ years, I have been the “go to gal” for most of my family and friends. When they have a problem and need help, they come to me. If they need someone who will listen and help them sort things out, they come to me.

I now have teenage and adult children of my friends coming to me for help. That’s because they have seen that the one constant in their lives has been Mom or Dad calls Roxanne when they need help. We learn from our parents how to deal with situations. So they now call me or email me or come see me.

I’ve coached a wide variety of people from the average mom to business owners. Read some of the testimonials here.
